Mission:
To promote the inclusion of youth with disabilities in the programs and units of the Boy Scouts of America.

Goals:
-Empower unit leaders with knowledge and understanding of individuals with disabilities.
-Encourage unit leaders to actively promote the inclusion of youth with disabilities into Scouting units.
-Promote growth and development of all Scouts and Scouters as a result of inclusion.
