Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am - 7:30pm
Saturday: 9:30am - Noon
The Erie Shores Council has a full service Scout Shop with a vide variety of Scouting items.
The store will be temporarily located in the Ford Center at Camp Miakonda, 5600 Sylvania Avenue, Toledo, OH 43623 while we await the construction of the new Service Center at the front of the property.
Items available to purhcase include, but are not limited to, are:
Uniforms - shirts, pants, shorts, socks, neckerchiefs, hats , neckerchief slides
Books - handbooks, songbooks, skits, ceremonies, crafts, how-to books
Derby Cars - Regatta Kits - Space Derby Kits - Complete with decals, paints, and special options to dress up your vehicle.
Camping equipment - knives, axes, mess kits, utensil kits, backpacks, sleeping bags, walking staves, and more.
Advancement - badges of rank and achievement, awards, patches, pins and insignia.
We are able to order any other items your unit may need from the Scout catalog to be delivered to Scout Shop.
Payments accepted are check, cash, VISA or Mastercard. Your unit can deposit money "on account" with the Shop so it's ready for your Advancement Chair to use when they pick up awards and/or supplies. You can personalize and limit the use of your account and file for tax exempt status.
All rank advancements and badges of achievement must be accompanied by an Advancement Form for recording the boys' achievements at the time of purchase. Forms are available at the Scout Shop and online. Check out the requirements for Free Rank for your Scouts.
COUNCIL EAGLE SCOUT CSP'S. You can purchase a special council shoulder patch for your Eagle Scout. Erie Shores Council Eagle Scouts qualify for the red border. Any Eagle Scout can purchase the white border patch, and the gold border CSP's will be available this fall for those who earn the rank of Eagle Scout during 2010. Check out the informational flyers and the collector's patches (with misspelling). Patches can be purchased at the Council Scout Shop store.
